H-1B Visa Cap FY09 Reached-Random Selection

USCIS announced on April 14, 2008 that it reached the H-1B visa caps within the first five days of the eligible filing period for FY09 H-1B visas. It will now determine who gets H-1B visa numbers through a random selection process. [Read Announcement].
