E-3 Visa for Australians in Specialty Occupations - DOLs Labor Condition Application (LCA) Filing Requirement as of April 11^th, 2008.

The E-3 Visa classification is available to Australian specialty occupation workers. The requirements for qualification are identical to the standard for the H-1B visa. The department of recently issued new guidelines requiring that the E-3 Australian Visa Filers submit Labor Condition Applications on Form ETA 9035 as H-1B visa application filers.
